2009 - 2010 FFA Officers

The Big Sandy FFA held Chapter Officer Elections on June 3rd with 14 competing for the top 7 positions.  The officer candidates must have completed their Freshman year, Fill out an Application and go through an interview process.  These officers must be in good standing, exhibit leadership qualities, develop a Supervised Agriculture Experience Program and they will lead the upcoming 2009-2010 school year.  The team will travel in the summer to many leadership camps, Texas State FFA Convention, and an Officer retreat where they will develop the Program of Activities for the upcoming year.  Pictured above:  Whitney Gage- Vice President and current District Secretary, Nathan Keown-Sentinel, Courtney Hitt- Jr. Advisor, Cameron Hitt- President, Justin Robertson- Secretary, Kacie Brown- Treasurer, and Blake Price- Reporter
